Since 2000, Paragon USA Inc. has been representing product manufacturers to sell and market their products to Independent retail, regional chain stores, and distributor business channels. We’ve served 12 Volt retailers throughout Southern California and Hawaii from the beginning, with Southwest states Arizona and New Mexico and Southern Nevada added in 2018. Ed says his passion for working with businesses to grow retail sales and market share has always been one of his strengths. Positioning products where it creates the best value and fit for both the brands and the retailer is his specialty. Given his many years of experience, he’s seen many changes in the marketplace and has analyzed and adapted strategies to ensure continued success for his retailers.

Mike’s secret sauce in support of his retailers and how he helps them on a day-to-day basis are his depth of problem solving skills along with his impeccable attention to details. This helps with everything from inventory planning, taking advantage of favorable terms or programs, organizing product training, as well as installation-related challenges. Going to industry trade shows is also something Mike enjoys. KnowledgeFest events are his favorite because of the ever-growing educational sessions at those shows.

Aaron says his specialties are OEM audio integration, DSP tuning, and product training. What he loves about work is educating and assisting industry professionals to achieve next-level results. In some cases it’s showing retailers, sales people and technicians who started in the 90s era of car audio, what the business is about today, with things like learning to work with DSP, system design, and executing profitable advanced fabrication techniques can do for their business.
